Muly and his wife Ofira live in a humble kibbutz house (in kibbutz ramat hakovesh): behind its doors one will discover a hidden" European Palace".

Muly, since childhood, is an artist who magically creates unique artifacts purely from wood.

All the walls and ceilings of the palace are covered with thousands of wooden art flowers patterns, in spectacular colors all hand made by the artist.

 

Muly ,a kibbutznik was born in the kibbutz to Chaluzim (pioneers) – his father came from Germany and his mother from Poland.

His father was killed and his mother was wounded during the attack on the kibbutz in 1948, the War of Independence.

Growing up without a father, Muly dreamt about far away palaces, kings and queens ..

 

The idea of turning their home into a palace started 20 years ago, and since then they travelled a lot to Europe and America  collecting antiques which later Muly improved by adding his exceptional art works. These , of course, can be seen in the "palace".

 

 

"Tailor made " tours of the palace are conducted for groups and individuals .

Guests meet with Muly to listen to his personal story  and tour the artist's workshop.(Herbal tea with home-made cookies are offered)

 

Tours can be combined with an historical guided tour of the kibbutz.

 

Lunch in the kibbutz dining hall is also an option.(kosher)
